Get Ready For FUN!
When you have your party at the Field House, we will do everything we can to make your party easy and stress-free, while also giving you an exciting atmosphere for your celebration. With every party, we strive to deliver high-energy activities that are age appropriate. To help make sure your party is the best it can possibly be, we have outlined a few things you will need to know. Feel free to call us at (540) 361-4717 if you have any questions.

NOTE: ALL ADDITIONAL FOOD ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY THE TUESDAY PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY DATE!
To be sure your party starts on time, please have your guests arrive a few minutes early. We have a lot of spaces to help accommodate everyone until your field and party room when available. The party host will coordinate the games of your choice. Please note: the party room is yours after your field time. Before that, you’ll have a designated area for gifts. Our party host will prepare your room with paper products and table clothes (primary colors provided).
Please note: Outside food, with the exception of cake and ice cream is not permitted in the facility. If you would like to add to your birthday party package please let us know the Wednesday before your party.
Things change. We understand. However, by taking your reservation we exclude others from that spot – regardless of whether you host your party on that day, cancel or reschedule. Therefore, if you cancel with less than 15 days notice, there is a $75 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is possible too, but there is a $75 rescheduling fee if you reschedule with less than 15 days notice.
Do You Accept Gratuities?
Gratuities are not expected; however, if you find that we have exceeded your expectations, we would greatly appreciate your referral to friends and family. Gratuities are completely at the discretion of the guest, and if you choose to give your host/coach a gratuity, it would be much appreciated.
