Please read the following information. League registration is at the bottom of this page.
Interested in playing adult flag football... excellent! League games are played on Friday and Saturday (see the list below).
Some general information
- Flag football leagues are 8 weeks long - 7 regular season games and 1 post-season game
- 7 players per side (5 are required to avoid a forfeit)
- All teams must provide their own ball
- Every player is required to bring a white and dark colored shirt to every game
- All player fees must be paid in full prior to the first game (see rules for exceptions)
- There is no maximum number of players per roster
- No metal or screw in spikes - solid cleats (no longer than 3/8"), or sneakers preferred
- Flags will be provided
- Please review the rules prior to the start of the season
Team captains must register themselves and their team information no later than 2 weeks prior to the first game to guarantee a spot in the league. Late team registrations will be considered and is at the sole discretion of the League Director, depending on field availability and league size.
All teams must have a minimum roster of 10 players. Captains can request the assistance of the League Director to help fill their rosters with individual players looking for teams. The Field House will not gaurentee that we will be able to fill your roster with players. No refunds will be give to teams that fold.
Players must register at least 1week before the first game will pay the regular league rate of $70.00. Players that register less than 1 week before the first game will pay a registration fee of $80.00. This includes all players registering on a private team.
Now to get you registered here are some things to consider:
1) Do you have a team or do you need help finding one?
- I am the captain of a private team: If you are registering a new team and you are the captain, coach, or primary contact please sign up as a "New Team--Team captain registration". You will pay for your registration only and your teammates will sign up under "With a team--joining a private team".
- My captain has registered and I need to join that private team: You will register under "With a team--joining a private team". Under the Team Information heading, use the drop down menu to find and highlight the team you are joining. You will pay for your registration at that time.
- I am an individual. I need help finding a team: Please register as an "Individual--Need help finding a team". The League Director will compile these players and place them on a structured team.
2) Are you looking for a competitive or recreational league?
This is very important. Use the league description below to assist you in your decision.
Competitive
- Athletic and/or skilled players that like to win
Recreational
- Play for the fun of the game
- Play for exercise
- Would like to win but winning is not the reason for playing
If you are not sure, please feel free to email the League Director @ admin@fredfieldhouse.com. He will be able to give you insight to help you decide.
3) Where do you sign up?
Please read before selected division or team.
- No drop in players of any kind
- NO PLAYERS MAY ADD TO TEAM AFTER THE 5th GAME
- Registration fee must be paid in full whenever you register
- Division 1 players can only play down to division 2
- Division 2 players can only play down to division 3
- Division 3 players can only play down to division 4
- You may only have 2 players from another division on your team
- The Field House will place teams where we see appropriate- not all teams can/ want a perfect season
- Players may play of other teams within the division if we split the divisions in different color bracket- ex Division 2 Red and Blue
