SUMMER LACROSSE CAMP

Lacrosse Camp

Whether it is your first time picking up a stick or you’re a seasoned player, our staff will help you develop or refine your game play. Athletes will learn all the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, all in a FUN, non-checking environment. Our staff will ensure that campers not only learn the sport of lacrosse, but also important life skills such as respect, teamwork, and discipline.

Participants will develop an understanding of offensive and defensive tactics that they’ll implement into realistic scrimmages and game-like situations. We’ll introduce the basics of passing, catching, cradling and scooping, and end each day with small-sided games.
