Commitment to Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, it is available on the website and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.  Fredericksburg Field House does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes at any time or for any reason.

The information you provide about yourself is used only for adding you to newsletter emails, special promotions, or company announcements. This information is not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to do business with you in an ethical manner.

We use return email addresses to answer the emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register on the Fredericksburg Field House website if you would like to receive information or updates on new products and services. Information you submit on this website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form or unless you are a previous client and do not opt out of the subscription.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design the website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser or sponsor that X number of individuals visited a certain area on the website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out the registration form, but do not, and will not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online.

We have installed procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online, in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards.  Your information is transmitted on services located in the United States, and your data and your personal information is protected against unauthorized access and disclosure. We accept Visa, Mater Card, Discovery, and American Express.


Commitment to Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information from those we actually know are under 13 years of age, and no part of the website is structured to attract anyone under 13.


How You Can Access or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information collected online and maintained by emailing the Fredericksburg Field House with accurate and up to date information. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. We also trust that the information you are providing is yours and not that of another individual or company.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Refund Policy

  • Fredericksburg Field House does not issue cash refunds. We do not offer refunds unless the Field House has to cancel an event or programs due to a lack of participants. We do not issue refunds for games missed due to weather.
  • Leagues
    • “Refunds will ONLY be issued in the event of a program cancellation”
    • Injury Policy
      • Two Options Available:
        • Transfer credit to another member (membership fee must be paid)
        • Account can be credited with remaining balance
  • Birthday Parties
    • Things change. We understand. However, by taking your reservation we exclude others from that spot – regardless of whether you host your party on that day, cancel or reschedule. Therefore, if you cancel with less than 15 days’ notice, there is a $75 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is possible too, but there is a $75 rescheduling fee if you reschedule with less than 15 days’ notice.
  • Camps
    • No refunds will be provided for: administrative processing (late payment) fees, non-refundable deposits and/or registration fees. Credit towards other camps or sports programs can be given for campers who give 10 day written notice of cancellation of camp upon approval of General Manager.
  • Lil’ Kickers, Lil’ Sluggers, Skills Institute, Monster Ballers, Lil Flyers
    • Refunds will ONLY be issued in the event of a program cancellation.
    • If a child stops coming to the classes then a minimum of 5 classes* or the amount of class attendances** (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the total and the rest will be applied to your account as a credit.
      • For example (In a 12-Week Session):
        • If your child attends 3 classes*, 7 classes will be credited towards your account.
        •  If your child attends 5 classes, 7 classes will be credited towards your account.
        • If your child attends 9 classes**, 3 classes will be credited towards your account.
    • Missed classes are not refunded as we offer Make-Up classes.
