Welcome to the exhilarating world of youth football at the Fredericksburg Field House, where Sunday Night Lights shine bright! Catering to ages 12 to 17, our outdoor turf league offers an electrifying 7-on-7 format, igniting the competitive spirit in every player. With a dynamic six-game regular season followed by the intensity of playoff and consolation matches, each Sunday becomes a thrilling spectacle of athleticism and teamwork. Against the backdrop of the outdoor turf, under the glow of the lights, participants showcase their skills, strategize their plays, and forge unforgettable memories on the field. Join us under the Sunday Night Lights for a season filled with passion, camaraderie, and the joy of the game.

Program Information

Registration Information

  • Register as a team or as a free agent.
  • Players must be at least 4 years old by the start of the season.
  • 10% discounts are available to active military members, veterans, and family members of active military and veterans.

If Registering a New Team:

  • If your team is not set up, please select: “Register a Team”
    • Enter your team name and set the registration code
    • Register yourself as Team Captain/Manager or Coach – by choosing the register button on the right of the league you registered your team for

If Joining a Team:

  • If you are a player registering for an existing team, please select: “Join a Team”
  • Please contact your coach, manager, or team captain to obtain the registration code

Registered Free Agents (individuals):

  • If you are registering as a free agent/individual – we will look to place the free agent on a house team or an established team; however, we cannot guarantee placement on a team.
  • Payment will not be taken until we are able to place the Free Agent on a team. Any player placed on a team without the consent of the coach will be removed from the team. In all cases placement is contingent upon enough registrants and/or a coach is confirmed.

Season Information

  • 14-game season (2 per week)
  • Games are played on Sundays (Outdoor Turf)
  • Game times are assigned between 6:30P – 11P
  • NO PRACTICES PROVIDED. Half-fields may be rented at a discounted rate of $45/hour for league participants ($20 must be put down at the time of booking, NON-REFUNDABLE).
  • 25-minute games
  • Outdoor league (12-17 years old) – 7V7
  • PLEASE NOTE: NO POCKETS ALLOWED

What to Bring

  • Shorts with no pockets
  • Turf shoes or cleats (no metal cleats)
  • Players with no signed waiver will not be allowed on the field.
  • Players should log into their DaySmart account weekly to check their game time.

League Policies

  • Check-In
    • Prior to the start of each league game, players will be required to check in with the field marshal. Players who are not rostered will have to register or pay the drop-in fee at the front desk.
  • Substitution/Drop-In Policy
    • A substitute is allowed for any regular-season league game. This is a great chance to bring out friends who would like to try out the league but do not want to pay the full registration fee or players who are only in town for a day or two.
    • The fee is $15 per game. A substitute may play on any team.
    • Drop-in fees do not apply toward the league fee. They only apply to the league fees if the registration fee is paid the same day the player drops in.
