Looking for a fun and engaging way to keep your kids active this summer? Fredericksburg Field House is excited to offer Summer Run ‘n’ Fun Camps—a perfect way for Fredericksburg youth to enjoy a variety of activities during summer break!

Our Run ‘n’ Fun Camps feature an exciting mix of sports, arts, fitness, and more, designed to keep your child entertained, active, and learning in a safe and inclusive environment. From creative crafts to energetic games, we offer something for every child to enjoy.

Camp Information

General Information

Registration can be completed online, over the phone 540-361-4717, or in person (3411 Shannon Park Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22408).
Drop off is at 9:00am (we start accepting at 8:45am sharp) and Pick up is at 4:00pm sharp. Before and after camp extended care is available, which can be added during your registration. See extended care section below.
Camp Check-in is at their designated field or court. This information will be sent before camp or available at the front when you arrive.
YOU MUST check-in/check-out your child at the table, they can not walk in on their own.
A non-refundable administration fee of $13 is required for program registration. This admin fee is good for one year, once paid, covers all admin costs for all programs for the year. The admin fee must be paid prior to registration, or you will receive an error.

All Star Sports

This week is designed for children who love sports and want to improve their skills in a variety of different activities. Whether your child is interested in basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, or any other sport, we’ve got you covered. But it’s not just about sports! This week also includes a variety of other fun activities, like arts and crafts and team-building games. Your child will have the chance to make new friends and create lasting memories while having a blast. Register today and give your young athlete a summer to remember!

Water Week

This week is designed for children and teens who love to splash and play in the water. Our camp offers a range of activities and experiences to help you stay cool and have fun in the sun. We will be playing games such as water balloon wars and relay races! But it’s not just about water activities, we also offer a variety of fun and engaging activities to help campers relax and have fun, including arts and crafts projects, sports games and activities, and more! S.T.E.A.M Week

Our STEAM camp is designed to inspire young minds through engaging activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of hands-on projects, creative arts to scientific experiments. Our camp counselors create a dynamic learning environment, encouraging curiosity and problem-solving. Join us for a week of discovery, creativity, and collaboration as we embark on a journey to unleash the full potential of STEAM education.

What to Bring

Your child will need to wear athletic attire.

Lunch & Snacks

Lunch

Fredericksburg Field House concession has put together a menu of various/pre-selected choices conducive to children for the week (chicken tenders are the optional choice each day). During your registration you can add lunch to your campers experience. Lunches are provided for an additional $9.11 per day.

If do not choose to add lunch to your campers experience, please ensure they have lunch each day and all lunch boxes are clearly marked with your child’s name.

Snacks

Children are responsible for bringing a daily lunch and snacks. Snack breaks are offered in the morning and afternoon. Snacks are not provided. Please pack your own snack or plan on sending your child with a small amount of money to purchase one. While packing your own snack, be mindful of allergies that other children may have. Label all food items and lunch boxes with your child’s name.

Extended Care

Extended care is available prior to the the start of camp and after camp each day. Both morning and afternoon extended care is subject to availability and should be scheduled and paid for in advance of the start of camp. Space is available on a first come first serve basis. To reserve your campers spot you can add this to your reservation during online registration.

Before Care – Mornings (7A – 9A): $10/per day
After Care – Afternoons (4P – 6P): $10/per day
Both Before Camp Care & After Camp Care: $20/per day
