Lil' Bumpers Youth Volleyball Classes

Lil’ Bumpers is a child development program that focuses on teaching the fundamentals of volleyball to inexperienced players ages 5-12. The program’s curriculum is designed to teach your child the necessary skills, dedication, teamwork, and passion required to become a Lil’ Bumper on and off the court. Our coaches are trained to instill confidence in players by creating a fun and challenging environment that will prepare them for league play as they progress.

This program will teach the proper way to pass, set, hit, and serve. Meet new friends and learn the right way to play. Bring a water bottle and a great attitude!

Program Information

  • Coed classes for ages 5-12
  • Classes are 50 minutes long
  • Classes are once per week on Monday, Thursday or Saturdays

  • Spaces are limited – register at the front desk, online or over the phone.
  • Open enrollment – join anytime and classes are always prorated
  • Registration
    • No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment, as full payments are due at the time of registration. All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • A non-refundable annual Membership fee of $13 is required for all participants registering for internal programs.
    • Minimum of three children per class. If fewer than three are signed up after the second week, you will be required to choose another time or a refund if the class is canceled.
    • Join at any time – classes are always prorated.
  • Trial Classes
    • All first-time trial classes are free of charge.
    • A Field House waiver must be completed before stepping onto the field.
    • Customers may only do trials in classes that have space available.
    • To schedule a free trial, please email youth@fredfieldhouse.com.
  • Refund Policy
    • Credits/Refunds will ONLY be given if a class has been canceled.
  • Behavior
    • Dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviors will be dealt with case-by-case and could result in the loss of the privilege to participate. No refunds or credits will be issued if your child cannot participate due to negative behaviors.
  • Transfers
    • Customers may transfer their child at any point in the session. All class transfers are dependent upon space availability.
  • Make-up Classes
    • Make-up classes are only available when given minimum 3 weeks notice, or with medical documentation. Make-up classes do not carry over into future seasons. All make-up requests need to be emailed to youth@fredfieldhouse.com.
  • Athletic attire/shoes, and a reusable water bottle
  • Knee pads are recommended, but not required
