Lil’ Flyers is the Fredericksburg Field House’s youth cheerleading program designed to teach essential cheer skills in a fun and energetic environment. Participants will learn key cheer terminology, master foundational movements, and practice basic tumbling techniques. The curriculum includes skill-building drills for jumps, stunts, and motions, helping young athletes develop strength, coordination, and confidence as they work on their cheer routines!
Lil' Flyers Youth Cheerleading Classes
Program Information
- Coed classes for ages 5-12
- Classes are 50 minutes long
- Classes are available once per week on Tuesday, & Saturday (times varies – see class options during registration)
- Times & classes are subject to change
- Spaces are limited – register at the front desk, online or over the phone.
- Open enrollment – join anytime and classes are always prorated
- Registration
- No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment, as full payments are due at the time of registration. All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A non-refundable annual Membership fee of $13 is required for all participants registering for internal programs.
- Minimum of three children per class. If fewer than three are signed up after the second week, you will be required to choose another time or a refund if the class is canceled.
- Join at any time – classes are always prorated.
- Trial Classes
- All first-time trial classes are free of charge.
- A Field House waiver must be completed before stepping onto the field.
- Customers may only do trials in classes that have space available.

- Refund Policy
- Credits/Refunds will ONLY be given if a class has been canceled.
- Behavior
- Dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviors will be dealt with case-by-case and could result in the loss of the privilege to participate. No refunds or credits will be issued if your child cannot participate due to negative behaviors.
- Transfers
- Customers may transfer their child at any point in the session. All class transfers are dependent upon space availability.
- Make-up Classes
- Make-up classes are only available when given minimum 3 weeks notice, or with medical documentation. Make-up classes do not carry over into future seasons. All make-up requests need to be emailed to youth@fredfieldhouse.com.
- Athletic attire/shoes, and a reusable water bottle
