Men's Lacrosse League

Join the Fredericksburg Field House this fall for the Men’s Unbroken Lacrosse League, a thrilling 7-week 6’s lacrosse experience. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just getting started, this fast-paced, high-intensity format offers a unique twist on traditional lacrosse. Each team is guaranteed six games, with the final week reserved for a championship showdown between the top two teams. Established teams are welcome to sign up and must provide their own jerseys, while individual players can join an existing team. Program Information

  • Register as a team or as a free agent.
  • Must be 18 or older to play.
  • Late rates will be applied after the second week of the season.
  • A team must have 4 paid players to begin the season but may add players thru playoffs.
  • Individual Player Registration (free agent)
    • Players looking for a team must register as an individual looking for a team, the Field House staff will assign themselves to a specific team if we have enough players to do so. We will contact already existing teams to see if they are looking for free agents.
  • Player-to-Team Registration
    • Each player is required to register for a team prior to the start of the season.
    • Teams will be given a code that players will use to register for their team.
  • Games played on Sundays between 7P – 11P
  • 6-Game season + playoffs for the two top teams
  • (4) 8-minute running quarters (2-minute breaks between quarters)
  • Roster limit of 15 players  (minimum of 12 players)
  • 5 short stick fieldmen with 1 goalie
  • All players must show a picture ID to the field marshal before their game every week. A picture can be kept on file to expedite the process.
  • Turf shoes or cleats (no metal cleats)
  • Players with no signed waiver will not be allowed on the field
  • Players should log into their DaySmart account weekly to check their game time
  • Must show ID prior to start of each game
  • Check-In
    • Prior to the start of each league game, all players must check in with the field marshal and present a valid ID. Players who are not on the roster will need to register or pay the guest player fee at the front desk.
  • Substitution/Drop-In Policy
    • A substitute is allowed for any regular-season league game. This is a great chance to bring out friends who would like to try out the league but do not want to pay the full registration fee or players who are only in town for a day or two.
    • The fee is $15 per game. A substitute may play on any team.
    • Drop-in fees do not apply toward the league fee. They only apply to the league fees if the registration fee is paid the same day the player drops in.

Other Policies

  • The transfer of roster spots from an injured, relocated, or withdrawing player to a non-rostered player is prohibited under the new policy of the Fredericksburg field house league.
  • Before the first game of the season, a minimum of five players registered on a team’s roster must have paid in full or be on a payment plan.
  • All registered players on the roster must be paid in full or on a payment plan by the second game of the season. Failure to comply will result in the loss of the roster spot.
  • Refunds will only be issued in the event of a field house game or season cancellation or due to faults attributed to the field house.
  • Verifiable documented proof is required for refund requests, such as relocation to another state or a serious prolonged injury preventing participation in registered leagues, camps, or clinics.
  • Credits to accounts will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
  • Prior to the start of each game, all adult league participants must undergo a 100% ID check by the Field Marshal.
  • Active military members, veterans, and their family members are eligible for a 10% discount.

Behavior & Sportsmanship

  • Any player/coach who is guilty of fighting, physically confronting an official/player, threatening other players or officials, and/or flagrantly attempting to injure another player will be suspended from the league, for a period of time determined by the Director of the League. Additionally, on top of the suspension, players are subject to a fine of $25 for verbal abuse of officials, staff, or other players and $50 for physical altercations. Any imposed fine will be determined by the League Director. This fine must be paid before the player is able to return to the facility.
