Lil' Ballers Youth Basketball Classes

Lil’ Ballers is a child development program that focuses on teaching the fundamentals of basketball to inexperienced players ages 5-12 years old. The program’s curriculum is designed to teach your child the necessary skills, dedication, teamwork, and passion required to become a Lil’ Baller on and off the court. Our coaches are trained to instill confidence in the players by creating a fun and challenging atmosphere that will prepare them for league play.

The program is divided into three different age groups, the Passers (5-6 years old), the Dribblers (7-9 years old), and the Dunkers (10-12 years old). Each age group has its own unique curriculum that builds upon itself from week to week to achieve its true Lil’ Baller potential.

Program Information

  • Coed classes for ages 5-12
  • Classes are 50 minutes long
  • Classes are available once per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sundays (times varies – see class options during registration)
  • Times & classes are subject to change
  • Spaces are limited – register at the front desk, online or over the phone.
  • Open enrollment – join anytime and classes are always prorated
  • Registration
    • No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment, as full payments are due at the time of registration. All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • A non-refundable annual Membership fee of $13 is required for all participants registering for internal programs.
    • Minimum of three children per class. If fewer than three are signed up after the second week, you will be required to choose another time or a refund if the class is canceled.
    • Join at any time – classes are always prorated.
  • Trial Classes
    • All first-time trial classes are free of charge.
    • A Field House waiver must be completed before stepping onto the field.
    • Customers may only do trials in classes that have space available.
    • To schedule a free trial, please email youth@fredfieldhouse.com.
  • Refund Policy
    • Credits/Refunds will ONLY be given if a class has been canceled.
  • Behavior
    • Dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviors will be dealt with case-by-case and could result in the loss of the privilege to participate. No refunds or credits will be issued if your child cannot participate due to negative behaviors.
  • Transfers
    • Customers may transfer their child at any point in the session. All class transfers are dependent upon space availability.
  • Make-up Classes
    • Make-up classes are only available when given minimum 3 weeks notice, or with medical documentation. Make-up classes do not carry over into future seasons. All make-up requests need to be emailed to youth@fredfieldhouse.com.
  • Athletic attire/shoes, and a reusable water bottle
